The Legend of Zelda Twilight Princess HD - Nintendo Wii U

My primary role on this project was to redesign and implement new UI layouts throughout the game. I was tasked with taking existing menu's designed for 10 year old systems and breath new life into the artwork for a modern era, while also designing interface systems from scratch for a brand new way to play the game, on a touch screen Gamepad.

Additionally I worked on several levels of the game, enhancing 3D models and textures to be displayed on the new high definition release of the game.


Zombi – PS4, Xbox One, PC

Our task here was, in a way, the inverse of the Twilight Princess project. Here, we were to take a dual screen / touch screen game Zombi U and rework this for release on single screen / analog gamepad systems.


Deus Ex: Human Revolution – Directors Cut – Nintendo Wii U

This project once again required converting an existing user interface to a brand new format. My job was to redesign and develop the UI to work on a smaller touch screen display, the Wii U GamePad.

An example of a menu system redesigned to fit on a GamePad display, allowing for touch input rather than the precision of a pointer device or controller.

Where this system really succeeded, was its ability to integrate seamlessly with the game world. Becoming a tool that might actually exist within the cyberpunk future of Deus Ex.

Below demonstrates several areas where both style of input can be seen and used in tandem.
